How to cancel or reschedule your TV mounting appointment.
We understand plans change. This policy explains how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds work for TV mounting and related installation services booked through TV Mount LA.
You may reschedule at no charge if you notify us at least twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled arrival window. We will offer the next available time that works for you and our technician.
Reschedule requests made with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice are handled case-by-case and may incur a fee if a technician has already been dispatched or declined other jobs for your slot.
To cancel, contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Cancellations are effective when confirmed by our team.
If we must cancel due to technician illness, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside your control, you will receive a full refund or priority rebooking at no extra charge. We will notify you as early as possible.
If our technician arrives and the job cannot proceed due to undisclosed site conditions — such as incompatible wall structure, missing hardware you were asked to provide, or access issues — a trip fee or partial charge may apply. We will explain options before any additional work is performed.
Outdoor TV installations or jobs requiring ladder work on exterior surfaces may be postponed for weather or safety reasons at no penalty to you. We will reschedule promptly.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within five to ten (5–10) business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Store purchases follow the return policy stated at checkout.
