Workmanship Warranty

TV Mount LA warrants that installation work performed by our technicians will be free from defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the installation, unless a different period is stated on your invoice or service agreement.

This warranty covers labor associated with the original installation — including mount security, leveling, and cable management performed as part of the booked service.

What Is Covered

The workmanship warranty includes:

• Mount becomes loose or unstable due to improper installation
• TV not level or securely attached when issue is attributable to our work
• Failure of concealment or trim work we installed as part of the same job
• Re-installation required because of an error made by our technician

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by customer misuse, moving furniture into the TV, or third-party modifications
• Wall or structural failure due to hidden conditions (hollow studs, insufficient substrate, pre-existing damage)
• Manufacturer defects in TVs, mounts, cables, or accessories we did not supply
• Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, or issues not related to our original installation work
• Services performed by anyone other than TV Mount LA after the original install

Making a Warranty Claim

Contact us with your original booking details, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will schedule a re-inspection and, if the issue falls under this warranty, remedy it at no additional labor charge.

Replacement parts, specialty anchors, or additional wall repair beyond the original scope may be quoted separately if required.

Manufacturer Warranties

Products purchased through our store or installed on your behalf may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Those claims are handled under the manufacturer's terms, though we are happy to assist with documentation when possible.
